Playing catch-up

Oh hey, Mom.

It's me, Brynn.

OK, so Friday. That day I decided to not nap one little bit. Here's a quick recap!

We made a blanket fort! Dames loved it! I loved it. Until I got close. And then I hated it. HATE-ED it. Like, Dames was yelling at me to get in, and Neenee kept trying to help me inside, but I only liked looking at Dames in that little deathtrap. I wanted to stay outside. Where there was oxygen. And less danger of a roof collapse.

Hey, did I ever tell you about the time we lost my toothbrush for some days? Neenee gave me another one, but on Friday, I just pulled the old one out of a dinosaur's mouth in Dames' room. Neenee thought that was pretty amusing.

NO contractors meant we went on an adventure to Target, and we had fu-unnn!

Say whaaaa? Open end caps, side-by-side, just BEGGING for a double dance party?? Your wish is our command, end caps.

So, then fast-forward to today. This thing here is Dames' pooter. I'm sorry. Neenee's always correcting me: com-pooter. We played with this sucker off-and-on all day today. (It has a 2! See it??) Mostly, I just like to turn it on, walk away and have it talk a whole bunch while Neenee jogs back to turn it off. Again and again. 'Pooters are fun!

We were hungry for 'nanas after all that com-pooting! I think Neenee thinks we're dogs begging for a bone, but we were mesmerized by the swaying 'nana!

Oh my goodness, Mom, we did SO much fake sleeping today! When Neenee puts the kibosh on our couch-jumping party, we do this instead!

Dames can never cover his toes. He's always asking for help. Such a baby, this one!

We even had a sleepover on our little blue couch. You believe we're sleeping, don't you, Mom?

Neenee decided she'd keep me when Dames dumped all these tiny cars out. I came running over while singing the "Clean Up" song! (I didn't actually clean up, but I talk a good game.)

Oh, and Neenee wants to know if we have this book at home because me and Dames LOVE it. It's called Brown Bear Something or Other. Love, love, LOVE!

Oh, and just for the record, I ate like a piggy again today--but over an extended period of time and not necessarily when we were sitting down for lunch. It allows me to offer all my food to Dames and Riley at lunchtime 'cause that really seems like the nice thing to do.
