It's me, Brynn.
Don't freak out, but we had an incident today. I fell down a few stairs. Like, five. See, Dames went upstairs to get our coffee mugs, and when Neenee wasn't looking, I tried to follow him. But I slipped. I was pretty upset for about a minute. I let Neenee hold me extra today. I might have a bump on my forehead, but Nurse Neenee decided I was OK otherwise. After that first minute of tears, I acted the same as always, but keep an eye on me this weekend, woojya?
Neenee thought we should cancel any adventuring today, but me and Dames filled the time.
Did I mention we drank coffee??

Anyway, know how I sometimes flip through board books and pretend it's a real intellectual pursuit? Well, I upped my game today.
I'm just really into history lately. Did you know our 16th President was a self-taught Illinois lawyer and legislator with a reputation as an eloquent opponent of slavery? Of course you did.
What?! I need two minutes to finish the last page. Please.
See, my smarts even rubbed off on dummy Dames! He's all, "mmhmmm, President Panda... Got it!"
Musical interludes are important, too. And I'll tell you what: We are gettin' goo-ood!
Plus, this fancy-pants piano plays songs, and today we found the magic "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" button!
