My many moods

Oh hey, Mom.

 

It's me, Brynn.

 

Today, me and Dames were feeling scholarly, so we got out some big books.

 

But after a little while, Neenee thought I was looking more like a sullen fashion model.

 

Soooooo, she changed my poop diaper... and announced today's adventure: a play date! With some girl (see her?) who brought this mom with her and I did NOT know about either of them.

 

I politely prepared Dames and told him we were just going to take it easy and be really cautious and keep our distance from them and not make any sudden moves, ya know? He nodded and then was his usual daredevil self. It's like I can't even win with this kid!

 

So, he's all, "Brynn! Brynn! Wanna hold hands?" But I was NOT speaking to him.

 

But my new friend likes pink. And we were very busy. And I kinda forgot why I was mad. And then I started having fun...

 

And then BOOM, I just turned the corner!

 

We went outside and did some more playing there--

 

And then I think Dames decided to be a grouch instead of me because look how he looks like he's coming to murder our whole family in this photo--

 

Anyway, he didn't, and it was a fun day. And since we had three kids, and there were three heads to fill in this mural thing, we decided to do it just the way the artist intended.
