Oh hey, Mom.
It's me, Brynn.
Since James has the same snot nose as me, we went through a lot of tissues today. I mean, we did OKAY. We still tried to play and let Whitney read 150 books and eat non-stop, but ya know how it is when you just don't feel 100%.
I think it's best summed up with one lip.
Whitney kept a fire going, so that was SOMEthing...
...but it was like James had his OWN ideas of what books we should read. Clearly, I should've been the one making the selections. Right?
Anyway, it was just a little bit of a struggle. I mean, we could agree on Belvita crackers, but even train play was more like butting heads today.
I swear, it wasn't all bad! I asked Whitney for an apple at one point, and this was the BEST photo she could get of me enjoying it because I was avoiding the paparazzi. (I mean, they're forever trying to take photos of me when I'm chewing!)
Oh, and since I always report on all health and wellness matters, I will tell you that Whitney snapped this one just before Riley puked a couple of times. So, when I'm going on and on about "Riley sick," that's all I mean. (Nothing like a little puke to break up the musical genius, huh?)
Anyway, after naps, we'll prolly all be about 150% better!
