All over the place

It's me, Brynn.

 

Today, just for fun, we went to Barnes & Noble!

 

So, you know THIS was inevitable:

 

Maybe the awesomest part of B&N is the elevator. Whitney keeps trying to tell me it's S-kuh-later, but I'm pretty sure I'm right. Anyway, Whitney really wanted to get a photo of how excited James and I get to ride up and down, but I hold her with a Vulcan death grip when we're on it, so she was unable to snap any pics.

 

Then, guess what! I found Pete! (Pete the Cat, that is. Regular Pete is at work with you and Suzy. Silly Mommy.)

 

Look how stinkin' cute this woulda been if Whitney's dumb ol' phone woulda focused right quick!

 

Oh. Then it turned into the worst day ever because James sat RIGHT in the seat I just found even though I loved that seat more than anything in the wide world. (I try to wear my emotions on my sleeve and, when possible, be expressive. How am I doin'??) 

 

I showed him when I found the coolest place to climb up and play peek-a-boo! Also, does anyone else want to talk about how I'M TWO and have this calf definition??!

 

Oh, yeah. Yesterday. Sorry I didn't get to the blog, Mommy. It was all cruddy and rainy, but James and I were pretty jazzed to discover we had matching water bottles. Naturally, we decided to have a picnic. On the stairs. Because WHERE ELSE would you do such a thing??

 

We tried to get every toy out and then toured Costco (basically just for the hand stamps), but then HOORAY! There was a break in the rain, and we got right outside! We did chalk and played in the backyard and relaxed with the wagon--just like old times!

 

And then, holy moly, we made thee. best. discovery. EVER. on our walk!!! We had to touch it just to be sure it was real. Weeeeeee, we were excited!
